Delivery:
All suitcases are dispatched from the UK within 7 working days, once dispatched your item will be delivered to you on a next day tracked delivery service from TNT so please do make sure that somebody at the address chosen is available to sign for the parcel, additional charges may apply if delivery is attempted and failed.
Protective Film:
Suitcases come fully wrapped in a polycarbonate film to protect the suitcase in transit, on delivery of your suitcase it may appear / look to be scratched however this is purely down to the thin layer of protective film that the case has been wrapped in, please take the time to carefully remove the protective film which will then reveal the stunning shiny gloss finish.
